What is Papa Rasta?

« Papa Rasta » offers agricultural land for rent, with all cultivation services performed from A to Z by our employees.

Our offer is intended for Cannabis Social Clubs and Pharmaceutical Laboratories, thus facilitating access to the cultivation of very high-quality cannabis.

Our other company, « InoSan » [1] based in France is authorized to work with laboratories by the A.N.S.M (National Agency for the Safety of Medicines).

In the future, it will allow European laboratories looking for a simpler solution to directly import cannabis grown at Papa Rasta.

Why create this new company?

« Inosan », being domiciled in France, French law prohibits us from engaging in this rental and cultivation activity (even abroad, in countries where it is legal).

Did you know that even CBD sold in France is 85% imported? (mainly from Canada)

« Papa Rasta » was born to make life easier for Cannabis Social Clubs...

So, we decided to start by making our own lives easier by settling in a country where the legislation is more favorable!

Is it legal?

Yes, all our activities are conducted in strict compliance with local and international laws. We operate only in regions where the cultivation, processing, and sale of cannabis are authorized by law.

What does Papa Rasta do?

We offer a platform that simplifies participation in the cannabis industry for social clubs and laboratories by reducing financial and regulatory barriers.

How do you grow your cannabis?

We grow our cannabis using sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural methods, without pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals and in full sunlight!

In which African country is your land located?

For political reasons, we are not allowed to publicly disclose the exact location of our land in Africa. This discretion is in line with the wishes of our local partners and ensures the respect for regional sensitivities and the security of our operations.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

Our products undergo rigorous quality control at every stage, from cultivation to distribution. We also work with independent laboratories to test and certify the purity and potency (THC levels) of our products.

What is your experience in cannabis cultivation?

Our team consists of seasoned professionals, including agronomists, botanists, and horticulture experts, who master advanced cultivation techniques and the latest innovations in agronomy.

This expertise allows us to provide exceptional products and support our clients in their own cannabis cultivation projects.

What security measures are in place?

Papa Rasta takes security very seriously. We have implemented comprehensive security measures, including surveillance cameras, secured fences, and on-site guards 24/7 to protect our cultivation fields. Additionally, we use advanced monitoring and incident response systems to ensure the protection and security of crops and facilities.

How can I track the progress of my crop?

Customers who rent land or participate in crowdfunding projects can track the progress of their crop via our online platform. We provide regular updates, photos, and videos, allowing customers to see the development of their plants. Detailed reports are also available to analyze the health and growth of the crops, ensuring full transparency throughout the cultivation process.

Can I visit the plantations?

For the protection of our crops and regulatory compliance, visits to our plantations are not permitted. Our fields are continuously monitored by security services, including military forces, and all our operations are closely supervised by the police and customs to ensure full compliance with legal regulations. We understand the interest our clients may have in visiting our facilities, but we must prioritize safety and compliance with the laws in place.

However, for pharmaceutical laboratories, we can obtain exemptions.

Can I help you develop your project?

We enthusiastically welcome any collaboration that could contribute to the expansion and improvement of our projects at Papa Rasta. If you are interested in active participation, whether through investments, strategic partnerships, or bringing your expertise, we would be delighted to discuss it with you.

We encourage professionals, investors, and cannabis enthusiasts to contact us to explore collaboration opportunities together.

What are your plans for the future?

We are constantly seeking ways to innovate and grow. Our future plans include expanding our cultivation fields to meet the growing demand for therapeutic and recreational cannabis. We also plan to introduce new cannabis varieties in collaboration with researchers to improve the quality and efficacy of our products.

Our long-term goal is to become a European leader in the cannabis industry while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

What will you do with the profits?

Given that our founder has a strong ecological awareness and is saddened by the current state of the planet, according to his wishes, a large part of the profits will be redistributed to NGOs working in the field of reforestation and water resource issues, particularly in Africa.

For example, the NGO: « Just Dig it » [2]

Thus, after the massive deforestation in the Amazon that has occurred, Africa could undoubtedly become the new green lung of the planet.

In my country, cannabis is illegal. Can I still participate?

At Papa Rasta, we are an agricultural services company and do not sell cannabis directly to individuals. Thus, even if the sale and consumption of cannabis are illegal in your country, you can participate in our crowdfunding projects or other forms of investment. We operate in full compliance with international laws and ensure that all our activities are conducted legally and ethically in the countries where we are established.

How are profits distributed to investors?

Profits generated by crowdfunding campaigns are distributed proportionally to the initial investments of supporters. Specific details of profit distributions are clearly defined in the description of each product. Payments will be made directly to the investors' bank accounts at the end of the cultivation cycle.

When will the return on investment occur?

The return on investment (ROI) for crowdfunding projects at Papa Rasta generally depends on the cannabis cultivation cycle, which varies according to the variety grown and climatic conditions. Typically, the complete cultivation cycle can last between 3 and 6 months. After the harvest and sale of the final products, investors can expect to receive their return on investment typically within 6 to 9 months after their initial investment. We are committed to providing regular updates on the progress of cultivation and sales, allowing investors to track the evolution of their investment.

How can you be so sure of being able to pay me back?

In summary, our confidence in our ability to repay our investors is based on several key factors:

1. The cultivation of legal cannabis and demand are booming in Europe.

2. We operate only in regions where we are authorized, allowing us to maximize our production.

3. We have established proven and optimized cultivation methods that guarantee very high quality and high yield crops.

4. We maintain strong relationships with distributors who ensure a stable and profitable market for our products.

Moreover, our business model includes rigorous risk management measures to protect investments against unforeseen events. These combined strategies allow us to generate sufficient revenue to cover the promised returns on investment to our supporters, thus enhancing the security of their initial investment.

Am I liable for taxes on profits?

As an investor at Papa Rasta, the profits you make on your investments in crowdfunding or any other form of financial participation may be subject to taxes, depending on the tax laws of your country of residence. It is important to consult a tax advisor to understand your specific tax obligations. We recommend that all our investors declare their income in accordance with applicable local and international regulations. Papa Rasta does not withhold taxes on distributed profits; it is therefore the responsibility of each investor to manage their own tax responsibilities.

We export our clients' harvests only to countries where distribution is legal:

- Cannabis Social Clubs: Germany / Malta / Czech Republic

A word from the Founder:

My name is David, and I am an eternal businessman and traveler aged 55.

In 1995, I was the manager of the coffee shop « Le Graal » in Amsterdam.
In 1997, I created the company « Cinéma Virtuel » (3D images and stereoscopy) in France.

In 2012, I lived in the Canary Islands where I considered creating a cannabis social club.

So I contacted a lawyer, who explained all the difficulties to me at that time...
So I went back to traveling in Europe.

In 2015, I moved to Barcelona, where I became a member of several Cannabis Social Clubs.

Then I returned to France in 2018, and two years later, I created the company InoSan [1] (wholesale trade of pharmaceutical products), authorized to work with laboratories by the A.N.S.M (National Agency for the Safety of Medicines).

This year 2024, the desire to set up a club returned to me, but in a different form.
So I immediately returned to live in Barcelona, deciding to invest all my savings in this innovative project.

In March, during the « Spannabis 2024 » (international Cannabis fair), I discussed my project a lot with the four law firms present.

A very intelligent and friendly lawyer opened my eyes to a new path...

And finally, on April 1, 2024, Germany legalized Cannabis Social Clubs!
(I also learned that Malta had legalized them since December 2021...)

So, my little project became much bigger!

With the company's accountant, we made a business plan... in the end, all my savings are not enough.

Of course, I have to invest my own money in creating the company « Papa Rasta » because it is out of the question to use the funds of our other company « InoSan ».

That is why I decided to launch this Crowdfunding on our own site: no bank will agree to finance us!

Meanwhile, by contacting the governments of several African countries, I finally found one that accepted our business.

To date, the papers have been signed with this African country that has free trade agreements with Europe.
We now have 100 hectares of land to equip with infrastructure.

We plan to start our operation in 2024 on an area of 10 hectares, to begin with...
So, I count on your support!!

A final word:

I am French, a business owner, and I live in Europe.

As proof of my integrity, you can check that the two companies I founded, « InoSan » [1] and « Cinéma Virtuel » [2], have never gone bankrupt and all creditors have been paid.

I do not hide behind fictitious shell companies or front men.

I do not have the same nationality or a scammer profile like the members of « Juicy Fields » [3], this scam I just discovered on Google!

Thank you for not comparing me to these despicable people!

Still not convinced?

No problem, you can talk to me via video call on WhatsApp and Telegram.

If you are a criminal or part of the mafia, I advise you to move on, because all our activities are closely monitored by the police and customs.

With all the information I have given you, you already know a lot about me, while I do not yet know you.
So, during this video call, I will ask you to present an ID so that I can know who I am dealing with.

I am at your disposal, feel free to contact me!

Best regards,
David B.
